You can place an order over the internet, payment is taken by Paypal.

You can email us with your order and we will call you back ready to take payment, all we need is the product description and quantities.

Delivery

We aim to provide a prompt service to all our customers. All orders place by 12pm (midday) will be despatched the same day, subject to the items being in stock. This does not apply to Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays where the order will be despatched on the next working day.

Delivery is based on the amount you spend and is as follows:
Order value up to £20.00 - £3.50
Order value up to £50.00 - £4.95
Order value up to £74.99 - £5.95
Order value over £75.00 – FREE

Delivery costs are subject to change without prior notice.

Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. If you require your items urgently please contact us for a next day delivery price specific to your order.

Some items may require a signature on delivery. If you are unsure as to whether this will be the case please contact us at contact@whirligig-gifts.co.uk

We can deliver to an alternative address i.e. work address.

Returns

Once you have placed the order and payment has been confirmed it will only be possible to cancel the order if the items have not been shipped. If you have made a mistake on the order it is advisable to phone us immediately so it can be rectified before goods are shipped.

Refunds will be given on the price of the product less any delivery charge (except where defects have been found or if the item has been damaged in transit).

Items found to have defects/damages upon delivery must be reported within 7 working days. A refund or replacement will be offered.

All items must be returned in a saleable condition within 28days of purchase. You must contact us prior to sending the item to obtain a reference number for the return.

We recommend you obtain proof of posting and also include a note in the parcel with 

• your reference number
• order number
• contact telephone number 
• reason for return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

It is the customer’s responsibility to bear the cost of returning the item(s).

The items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Whirligig Gifts.
